M2 returns with the 1st SALVATION party for 2005.
This is going to be a big night, so mark your diary now! Not only will there be a feast of visual and
aural delights, but also a venue change... On April 8th, SALVATION moves to Studio on K'Rd.
So get ready for a night of stunning lasers, soaring vocals and uplifting trance on the main floor,
featuring DJs Donald Bennett & Marty with special guest Matt Steer from Brisbane. There
will also be a house space, rocking to the tunes of DJs Mauri, Mark Emerson and Karl Moser.

| TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS |

When
purchasing a ticket to a SALVATION event, you are acknowledging
acceptance of the terms and conditions summarised below:

| 1. |
SALVATION
can vary, substitute, reschedule or withdraw advertised programmes
or artists and may cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to
circumstances beyond its control.
|
| 2. |
Subject
to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, tickets cannot be exchanged or returned
after purchase and the liability is limited to refunding the ticket price where
the event is cancelled within four (4) hours of the start time and not
rescheduled. A time limit may apply to refunds.
|
| 3. |
In
addition to the ticket price, a booking fee (and, where applicable, a courier
charge and / or BillPay charge) is payable to the ticket outlet. Those fees
relate to the booking and support services provided by the ticket outlet and
are not refundable where the event is cancelled and not rescheduled.
|
|
|
| 4. |
Tickets
may be void if on-sold, traded, scalped or used as a competition prize, or for
promotional purposes without written authorisation from SALVATION.
|
| 5. |
Right
of admission to the venue is subject to the rules and regulations relating to
the venue including (without limitation) rules prohibiting alcohol and certain
foodstuffs. Ticket holders who disrupt an event may be removed.
|
| 6. |
Still,
video, or movie cameras and other recording devices are prohibited without
written authorisation from SALVATION.
|
| 7. |
Tickets
may be void and entry refused if the ticket is damaged or defaced in any way or
if the ticket is not purchased from an authorised SALVATION ticket outlet.
|
|
|
|
|

The
above summary of terms and conditions may be subject to variation or amendment.
